Carrie is incredibly kind and insightful. I've been battling confusing symptoms that are leaving my PCP and allergist confused. Carrie makes me feel seen and like I'm not alone in this. She listens to me, brainstorms with me, provides guidance, and she's doing extra research to help me find potential ways forward. The staff are always kind and welcoming, and listen to my concerns. Carrie took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable during my exam, asking whether i wanted a witness present and if there was a history of trauma she should be aware of. I really appreciated that extra consideration. On my next visit, I saw my regular provider Heather, and she is just as considerate and compassionate.

I have never been to an office that felt so welcoming and truly focused on the individual.  I met with Carrie and felt heard and validated. The willingness to hear concerns and present options was a huge relief. I left there with a more positive outlook than I have had in years. Such an amazing staff who are all so warm, friendly and patient. They make you feel like you’re home. Dr Patel is truly Perfect!! She carries a beautiful calm with her, takes her time with you and is a plethora of patience. She makes you feel like you’re her only appointment. Dr. Patel is very thorough. She takes the time to explain each and every step of your visit to make you feel comfortable as possible. For me it’s a struggle to go a gynecologist. Even in my 60’s I struggle. However, I have seen Dr. Patel for several years and will continue. Her staff is supportive and accommodating. This was my first appointment but Dr. Patel was highly recommended. Everything about my visit went really well. Intake was easy, I was called back promptly and they use cloth gowns for exams.
